Notes

Benefit: Enhanced blood replacement with oxygen-rich hemogel. +2 to Constitution, +1 to Fortitude saves vs blood loss and anemia. Reduces bleeding effects by 50% and grants +10 ft movement speed. Can operate at -20% blood volume without penalty. Once per day, can trigger 'Hemostatic Surge' to stop bleeding and stabilize for 1 hour.

Install Risk: Medicine DC 18 for full blood replacement. Recipient makes a Fortitude save DC 16 or suffers hemolytic shock (-3 CON for 24 hours).

Origin: Developed by House Vexis for combat medics and front-line troops. The hemogel formula was stolen and replicated by Rim black clinics for mercenary use.

Strain: Moderate. Requires monthly hemogel refresh and has a 1% annual chance of clotting. Extended combat use causes hemogel degradation (-1 CON until refreshed).
