The regulator can suppress or amplify any hormone on command -- the user gains advantage on saves vs fear (adrenaline suppression), can enter a hibernative state to survive without food or water for 72 hours (thyroid throttling), and can accelerate natural healing during rest by 25% (growth hormone amplification). Once per day, can trigger 'Metabolic Reset' as a full-round action: end one ongoing physiological condition (exhaustion, nausea, temperature effects) and reset the body to baseline. The regulator also eliminates the effects of ageing on the endocrine system -- the user does not suffer age-related hormone decline.
