Notes
Benefit: Internal slicing co-processor built to run while your Kadiss is spoofed or dark. +3 to Hacking and Computers/Slicing checks, and you may attempt Hacking as a standard action once per scene, where it is normally slow. Moderate to major benefit level.
Install Risk: Mechanics DC 16 for the back-alley neural fit. Recipient makes a Fortitude save DC 14 or gains Botched Implant: neural burn, -1 to INT-based skills until a Mechanics DC 14 repair. No Core clinic will touch it.
Signature: Ghost and illegal. The whole point of the hardware is that it leaves no Kadiss trace. Owning it is contraband in the Core.
Strain: Running hot leaves a forensic trail. After a slice, opposing slicers gain +2 to trace you for 1 hour. Black-ICE deals +1 feedback damage to deck users because the deck wires straight into your nervous system.
