Major benefit level, the package is treated as a single aug for capacity purposes.
Install Risk: Medicine DC 24 for the full skeletal-and-myomer rebuild, with six weeks of recovery. Recipient makes a Fortitude save DC 20 or gains Botched Implant: cascade fault, -8 HP and -3 STR-based attack and damage until a specialist Medicine DC 22 re-lacing. Failure by 5+ shatters a long-bone cluster and the carrier is Helpless 1d6 weeks during surgical rebuild.
Origin: Archotech vault-sealed chassis, issued to House champion duelists, Confederation Marine Commander-tier officers, and Ironball grand-champion brawlers.
Signature: Restricted to House champion duelists and Confederation Marine Commander-tier. Hegemony Frame possession is logged with Argus at the highest tier; civil possession is forbidden. Ironball legal only in the grand-champion tier.
Strain: Heavy mass and metal-ceramic signature. -4 to Swim, -3 to Zero-G Ops, and the laced skeleton triggers every metal detector and weapon detector at long range. Heat radiates slowly through the lattice, imposing -2 to Fortitude saves vs fire and plasma (stacks with mesh). The frame requires a monthly specialist Mechanics DC 15 service or the unarmed damage and the carry threshold drop by half until serviced.
