Notes

Benefit: Replacement foot with electro-magnetic clamp sole. Walk on ferrous hulls, gratings, and bulkheads at any angle or in zero-g without a Athletics check, +2 to resist being knocked prone on metal surfaces, and no penalty for moving in zero-g. -2 to Stealth on metal decks (the clamp clicks). Minor benefit level.

Install Risk: Mechanics DC 13 to seat the clamp ankle. Recipient makes a Fortitude save DC 12 or gains Botched Implant: weak field, half grip strength (Climb DC +5 on hulls) until a Mechanics DC 12 recalibration. Failure by 5+ shorts the coil for 1d3 days of no clamp.

Signature: Tracked. Registered as standard industrial prosthetic on the Kadiss grid. Common among hull-walkers, void riggers, and station crew; uncontested everywhere.

Strain: The clamp drains a small cell; on a dead battery or EMP, Fortitude DC 11 or the clamp releases without warning (no grip). The click on metal gives -2 Stealth, and the field sets off cheap magnetic traps and mine fuses.
