Notes
Benefit: Both legs replaced with synchronised servo-drive limbs on a shared gait cuff. +10 ft to base movement speed, +2 to Acrobatics and Jump, ignore light difficult terrain, +1 to charge and overrun attempts (two legs push together), and an unarmed kick dealing 1d4. Moderate benefit level.
Install Risk: Mechanics DC 17 to synchronise both legs to one gait cuff. Recipient makes a Fortitude save DC 14 or gains Botched Implant: uneven gait, -1 to Acrobatics and -5 ft speed until a Mechanics DC 15 resync. Failure by 5+ overloads the cuff for 1d4 days, dropping speed by -10 ft.
Signature: Tracked and restricted. Registered as a paired civilian installation on the Kadiss grid. Dual driven legs mark the bearer as a courier or athlete of means; conspicuous on foot patrol.
Strain: A shared gait cuff means an EMP can drop both legs (Fortitude DC 14 or both legs lock, movement halved, 1d4 rounds). Monthly Mechanics DC 12 service or the speed bonus drops to +0 ft until serviced.
