Notes
Benefit: Both arms replaced with synchronised filament-lattice limbs on a shared House cuff. +2 to melee attack and damage with each arm, no off-hand penalty at all, +4 to STR-based Athletics and two-handed tasks, double carrying-capacity threshold, near-silent. Major benefit level.
Install Risk: Mechanics DC 20 to weave and synchronise both lattices to one cuff. Recipient makes a Fortitude save DC 16 or gains Botched Implant: lattice desync, -2 to attacks with both arms until a Mechanics DC 18 correction at a Core facility. Failure by 5+ rejects both beds for 1d4 days at -3 to all arm actions.
Signature: Tracked and restricted. Registered to a named House on the Kadiss grid. A dual elite pair is unmistakable champion-grade hardware; the bearer cannot pass as civilian anywhere that checks.
Strain: Light maintenance (quarterly Mechanics DC 15 at a licensed bay). The shared cuff means one EMP can drop both arms (Fortitude DC 15 or both offline 1d4 rounds), and the lattice's draw imposes -1 to Fortitude saves vs fatigue for 1 round after any all-out action with either arm.
