Install Risk: Medicine DC 20 for the deep neural lattice. Recipient makes a Fortitude save DC 17 or gains Botched Implant: precog feedback, -2 Will and recurring migraines until a specialist Medicine DC 18 tuning. Failure by 5+ causes a permanent -1 WIS.

Signature: Tracked and military-restricted. Issued to commissioned Core Marine and Legion personnel, possession without a commission is a serious crime in the Core.
