Benefit: A Fold-sensitive receiver lattice and isolation bridge gives a synthetic cognition a safe input channel for Fold psionics. A synthetic Psion must have this augment installed before learning or manifesting Fold-source powers. It grants no power by itself.

Install Risk: Engineering DC 15 to seat and isolate the lattice. On failure the receiver is installed disabled until a Mechanics DC 15 correction.

Strain: The receiver continuously exposes machine cognition to Fold noise; ordinary Fold-point, cascade, and catastrophic-peril rules apply in full.
