Notes
Benefit: Concealed monomolecular spur housed in the forearm, deployed as a free action. Melee weapon dealing 1d6 damage that ignores 2 points of a target's armour AC bonus and reads clean on standard weapon scans. Minor benefit level.
Install Risk: Mechanics DC 14 in a back-alley fit. Recipient makes a Fortitude save DC 14 or gains Botched Implant: wound infection for 1d4 days at -1 to attacks. No clean clinic will service it, so all repairs are Mechanics DC 12 improvised.
Signature: Ghost. Off-grid and weapon-grade. Contraband in the Core and Inner worlds, carrying it through a tracked checkpoint risks arrest.
Strain: The spur jams on a natural 1 attack roll, requiring a Mechanics DC 10 to clear. Concealment depends on staying off-grid, an upgraded Core scanner cross-checking the Kadiss registry will flag the unregistered hardware.
