Notes

Benefit: Dermal and respiratory systems sealed and pressure-rated. +6 to Fortitude saves vs vacuum, radiation, and pressure, survive hard vacuum for up to 10 minutes, and ignore the first 2 points of radiation accumulation per hour without a suit. Major benefit level.

Install Risk: Medicine DC 19 for the multi-system seal, with one week of recovery. Recipient makes a Fortitude save DC 16 or gains Botched Implant: an incomplete seal that leaks under stress, -2 to Fortitude vs environment until a Medicine DC 17 correction.

Signature: Tracked. Certified and logged for EVA-rated work, sometimes legally required for void jobs, so the grid expects it on spacers and salvors.

Strain: Sealed systems run warm and shed heat slowly, imposing -2 to Fortitude saves vs fire and plasma. Internal scrubbers need a Medicine DC 12 service monthly or the bonus drops to +2 until serviced.
