Ambidexterity

Remove off-hand attack penalty; use either hand without penalty.

The character is equally skilled with both hands. The character suffers no penalty for using the off hand (normally -4 to attack rolls with the off hand). This removes the need for the Two- Weapon Fighting feat to fight with two weapons without penalty, though Two-Weapon Fighting still grants its additional benefits.

Special: This feat removes the off-hand penalty but does not grant extra attacks. For extra attacks from dual-wielding, the Two-Weapon Fighting feat is still required.
