Fireteam Leader

Direct up to 2 allies; share reactions; allies +1 initiative; +1 Will vs.

The character commands a tight-knit fireteam of up to two designated allies, sharing reactions and lending presence. At the start of combat, the character declares up to two allies as 'fireteam'. The character and each fireteam ally gain +1 to initiative. The character may use a fireteam ally's reaction (once per ally per round) as if it were the character's own reaction (subject to the ally's capabilities). Fireteam allies gain +1 to Will saves vs. fear while within 30 feet of the character.

Notes

Special: Fireteam designation persists for the encounter; if an ally leaves the team (killed, captured, dismissed), the character may re-designate at the start of the next round. The shared reaction does not allow the character to perform an action the ally could not normally perform with a reaction. Stacks with Lead from the Front (different bonuses).
