+2 Streetwise; once/session call a 'favor' (DC 15 Streetwise) for minor aid; recontact on failure 1hr.
The character has turned contacts into a quiet, distributed
network of mutual obligation. The character gains +2 to
Streetwise checks. Once per session, the character may call
in a 'favor' from a contact without rolling Streetwise: the
contact provides a minor service (a safe house, a forgery, a
rumour, a non-combat NPC ally for an hour) determined by GM.
Alternatively, the character may attempt a Streetwise check
(DC 15) to summon a specific favor; on success, the GM
provides that favor; on failure, the contact needs 1 hour of
face-to-face time before another attempt can be made.

Notes
Special: Stacks with Contacts and Reputation and Underworld Contacts. The favor cannot be used to summon combat help beyond an NPC ally of the character's level or to acquire items worth more than a standard equipment-bundle. The 1-hour cooldown applies per contact, not globally.
