The character has spent so long on the rim that they have turned
Kadiss disconnection into an art form. Once per session, the
character may declare a reroll on any check made while
disconnected from the Kadiss network (must keep the second
result). The character gains an additional +4 to Streetwise checks
made while off-grid (stacks with Off-Grid Adaptation). The
character may create a basic false rek/identity while off-grid
in 10 minutes with a Streetwise check (DC 15).

The false rek is rudimentary compared to Kadiss Ghost's product and will not withstand a serious counter-check. Stacks with Off-Grid Adaptation. Does not restore Kadiss access -- only maximises survival without it.
