The character has achieved a level of expertise that borders on
the instinctive. The character gains +5 to all checks with one
chosen skill in which they have at least 8 ranks. This feat may
be taken multiple times, each application applying to a different
skill. The bonus does not stack with itself or with Skill Focus
for the same skill (use the higher).
