Breaching Shot
Ignore up to +4 cover bonus with slug/rail weapons as full-round action.
The character can place precise shots through gaps in cover. When using a slug-thrower or rail weapon, the character may spend a full-round action to make a single ranged attack that ignores up to +4 of the target's cover bonus to AC. The character must have line of sight to at least part of the target.
