Augments tuned to biology: -1 strain per 4 augments installed; +2 to biology-INT checks.
The character's augmentations are deeply integrated with
their biology rather than crudely bolted on. For every 4
augmentations installed, the character reduces their
accumulated strain by 1 (representing biological adaptation
and tolerance). The character gains +2 to all INT-based
checks involving biology, xenobiology, biotech systems, and
gene-psion interactions. The character is treated as having
the Psionic Gene trait for purposes of gene-psion
interaction if they have any neural augment (representing
their wetware resonating with psionic field).

Notes
Special: The strain reduction represents biological adaptation over time and applies retroactively to augs already installed. A character with 12 augments gets -3 strain (12 / 4 = 3). The gene-psion resonance is conditional: the character must have at least one neural augmentation (reflex co-processor, wetware port, neural shunt, etc.) to qualify. It grants interaction benefits, not actual Psionic Gene powers (no Talent Pool). The biology-INT bonus applies to Medicine, Xenology, and similar checks involving living or biotech systems.
