The character can channel Fold energy through physical contact. When the character hits with a melee attack, the character may channel a minor Fold power (Minor tier only) through the attack, dealing an additional 1d6 energy damage. The Power Check for the channeled power suffers a -1 penalty.

Special: Requires Psion archetype or the ability to manifest Fold powers. Only Minor-tier powers may be channeled. The channeled power resolves after the melee hit. The character still accumulates Fold Points as normal. The -1 penalty applies only to the channeled power's Power Check, not to other powers manifest that round.
