their WIS score for pool calculation). The cost of all

Special: Requires the Psionic Gene trait. The pool increase is added to the character's WIS score for calculating total pool. The cost reduction applies to all gene-psion powers after other modifiers. A power that would cost 0 still costs 1. This feat does not grant access to gene-psion powers if the character does not have the Psionic Gene trait.
