The Drift Standard EVA Suit is the working-class spacesuit of the verse: a sealed full-body rig with a hard upper torso, soft fabric limbs, a closed-rebreather pack rated for eight hours of hard Vacuum, and a thermal micrometeoroid layer that shrugs off debris and the temperature extremes of unshielded orbital work. Built to be repaired on the outside of a hull with the tools in a standard Vacuum pouch and the patience of a Station rigger. Sold openly to licensed spacers, ship operators, and Station crews; restricted only on a handful of Family-tier worlds where EVA work is reserved for House personnel. The Drift suit is uncomfortable, hot, and harder to move in than the marketing holos suggest, but it has kept more people alive in Vacuum than any other suit currently in production.
