Helios Civilian Duster
A long, lined coat for the hab-dweller who wants style and a fighting chance.
The Helios Civilian Duster is the marketing department's revenge against the grim utilitarian armour market. It is a long, double-breasted coat cut from Helios's proprietary shockweave -- a self-healing polymer fabric woven with impact-dispersing threads -- and tailored to the latest Core fashion plates. Sold openly in hab markets and glitter boutiques under half a dozen variant names (the Sidereal, the Charioteer, the Dustwalker), the Duster offers minimal stopping power against a dedicated round but defeats casual shanking, broken glass, and the sort of small accidents that end lives in the lower Hive. Most buyers never know it is armour at all; that is the appeal. Helios builds it with seventeen pockets, hidden carry-points for a sidearm, and a stain-resistant inner lining that survives the worst of Station life.
