Numen Industrial's Infiltrator Mesh is what corporate executives and intelligence operatives wear when they need a suit that reads as business-formal on a holo but stops a rifle round at twenty metres. The Mesh is a laminate of phase-shifting graphene and counter-woven monofilament, less than two millimetres thick, that distributes kinetic energy laterally across the weave rather than absorbing it at the point of impact. Cut and tailored by Numen's bespoke division in any garment profile the client specifies -- greatcoat, blazer, dinner jacket, even a cocktail dress. The Mesh is highly illegal outside of registered Family-tier security details; possession by an unlicensed individual is a Tier-3 offence in the Core and an instant death sentence on most Rim worlds. It does, however, save the wearer's life with remarkable regularity, which is why the price is what it is.
