The Surikov PMC Plate Carrier is what a Surikov contract operator straps into when the client has signed off on the high-endurance package. A full-coverage carrier of layered alumina and ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene over a sealed impact liner, with rigid neck and groin protectors, load-rated shoulders, and a hydration and electronics routing harness that integrates with Surikov's full kit ecosystem. The Carrier is heavier and hotter than the Legion standard but stops everything short of a dedicated armour-piercing round at sensible ranges. Every Carrier is contract-stamped with the operator's PMC registration and the client's name at the time of issue; reselling it requires a Kadiss-level transfer that the issuing PMC must approve. The plate layout is fully modular -- operators routinely swap plates between contracts to optimise for the theatre.
