The Surikov Powerframe Mk3 is the third-generation powered exoskeleton Surikov Dynamics sells to high-tier PMC and private-security contracts: a full-body myomer-assisted chassis with an alloy-and-ceramic plate skin, an integrated closed-cycle power plant rated for sixteen hours of operation, and an exoskeleton layer that doubles the wearer's effective strength and load capacity. The Mk3 is heavier than the Legion's Void-Marine Exo and offers less protection per kilo, but it can be operated by any physically-fit adult after a forty-hour training course, whereas the Legion's rig requires a year of conditioning to use safely. The Mk3's power draw is its only real weakness: in sustained combat, the rig begins to shed non-critical functions after the eight-hour mark to preserve the exoskeleton boost, and an operator who fights past the twelve-hour mark risks a hard shutdown with the rig locked around them.
