Synaptic accelerator developed by Helix for Legion breaching squads. Speeds neural conduction to grant +2 initiative, +1 AC, and +1 attack rolls for 4 rounds. Crash causes neural lag (-2 initiative, -1 attack) for one hour as synaptic pathways recalibrate. Each dose requires a DC 16 Fortitude save; on failure the user develops Haste dependency (tremors, -1 initiative when clean). Standard Legion issue, restricted to military personnel.
