The Argus DK-3 is the legal decryption kit sold to registered security consultants, Legion signals forensics, House agents, and licensed corporate counsel handling recovery work. It ships with a tight library of ciphers covering Argus's own line (best in class, +20), competitor common lines (Helix, Numen, Helios, +10), and standard legacy ciphers. It is explicitly not designed for breaking Kadiss ICE; that is the deck plus ICE-Breaker's job. Sells restricted; unregistered possession is a Kadiss-flagged offence. Argus keeps the cipher-library beat-by-beat up to date; competitors push rolling counter-updates. Argus will not sell the DK-3 in configurations rated for forensic use on family-personnel communications, by policy.
