Argus DS-9 Deep-Scan Sensor Array
Restricted long-range / deep-penetration sensor for House agents and Legion signals
The DS-9 is Argus's deep-penetration scanner, a tripod-mounted array that goes well beyond the LM-3 or MS-5 for serious surveillance and counter-intrusion work. Surface-penetration reads 2 km of dense material (concrete, regolith, ice) for life signs, power signatures, and shielded chambers. Air/space range is 10 km for surface targets. Full-band EM catches active comms, jammer hubs, and shielded power draws. Sold restricted to licensed House agents, Legion signals units, and registered corporate security; possession by unregistered personnel is a Kadiss-flagged offence. Argus sensors identify each DS-9 by its scan signature.
