Argus SB-2 Whisper-AMP Signal Booster
Pocket amplifier for comms in jammed or edge-coverage zones
The SB-2 is a pocket-sized amplifier that boosts any handheld or short-range comm through jamming, dense Urban interference, or Kadiss edge-coverage. Range multiplier is +5 over the host radio; in jammed environments the SB-2 adds a +15 to keep the channel open. Sold commercially for reporters, prospectors, and scouts who have to work where the grid is thin. Power draw is light enough to run 36 hours off the host battery. The SB-2 cannot bypass active targeted jamming; against that, you need an Numen-grade or Helix custom rig.
