Rim BD-X Cutter-Deck (Black-Market / Ghost)
Black-market ghost-tier deck for serious off-grid operators
The BD-X is what the off-grid underworld calls a ghost deck: a high-end cutter-deck that has had its Numen co-pilot replaced with a stripped Helix or salvage-trained narrow AI, its telemetry ripped, and its identity pulse damped to an unregistered MAC. It is the de facto black-market standard for serious deck-hackers, salvage captains pulling restricted data, and Day One cells moving assets to clean locations. Most BD-X chassis are rebuilt Numen PD-7s or Asset Realisation captures, hand-modded by Rim clan tech-monks. They are expensive, fragile (Helix AI is brittle under load), and being caught with one is a Kadiss-flagged offence, but they are the only tier that breaks House ICE cleanly off-grid.
