Notes
Effect: Heavy industrial cutting tool using a magnetically-confined fusion micro-torch. Cuts 50cm of hull plating or 30cm of reinforced composite per minute. Two-handed operation. Fuel cell allows 15 minutes of continuous cutting. Loud and obviously industrial.
