Effect: Complete off-grid survival package: Kadiss signal dampener, IR-masking cloak, scent suppressant, and micro-chaff grenades. Grants +3 to Stealth checks against electronic and sensor-based detection. The dampener suppresses the user's Kadiss broadcast to near-zero for 4 hours. The chaff grenades (3 included) create a 5m zone of sensor interference lasting 30 seconds each.
