Monoblade
Mono-molecular edged melee weapon.
A blade honed to a mono-molecular edge, capable of slicing through conventional armour with ease. The edge is fragile and requires careful maintenance; contact with hard surfaces degrades it rapidly. Favoured by assassins and duellists who can afford the upkeep. Typically forged from bonded-crystal or nano-lattice alloys.
