Legion 'Javelin' PPC

The 'Javelin' is the Legion's standard-issue particle projector carbine, designed for extended military deployment. Where the Surikov Volt adapts commercial technology for military use, the Javelin was built from the ground up as a military weapon: its accelerator array is armoured against battlefield damage, its power system uses standardised Legion charge cells, and its thermal management is optimised for sustained fire in hostile environments. The Javelin's performance matches the Volt, with slightly lower peak energy offset by superior reliability and field-serviceability. The Javelin is issued to Legion fire team leaders and designated anti-armour operators; it is not available for commercial purchase, and Legion inventory controls make diversion exceptionally rare.
