Legion LP-4 Las Pistol
Standard-issue Legion sidearm; built to military spec for reliability under fire.
The LP-4 is the Legion's standard-issue las sidearm, manufactured to military specifications that prioritise reliability and ease of maintenance over elegance. Where civilian las pistols may falter in dust, Vacuum, or electromagnetic interference, the LP-4 keeps firing. Its design is deliberately unglamorous: chunky, over-engineered, and nearly impossible to jam. Legionnaires favour it as a sidearm because it works when everything else has broken, been shot away, or run dry. The LP-4 is also widely distributed to Confederation peacekeeping forces and colonial militias.
