The LR-6 is the Legion's standard las rifle, a weapon designed to be manufactured in vast quantities, issued to every Legionnaire, and maintained with minimal specialist knowledge. Its beam output matches most civilian las rifles, but its military-grade construction ensures it survives the punishment of real combat: drops, impacts, Vacuum exposure, and the general abuse that frontline equipment endures. The LR-6 is the weapon most Core-world soldiers carry into battle, and its familiar weight and balance are drilled into recruits from their first day of training.
