Cipher-of-the-Deep-Wake

Brand a 30-ft radius.

The psion brands a 30-ft radius with a slow-churning Fold-seal centred on a visible point. Within the seal for the duration, all Power Checks suffer -4 and trigger Fold Cascade on a natural 1-3 (instead of just 1). Any fold-spawn or summoned entity appearing within the seal is weakened, gaining -2 HD for the duration of its presence. The seal is visible to Fold Sight and faintly audible as a low groan. Adds 2 Fold Points to the psion on casting in addition to the standard 1.
