The target's CHA is reduced by 2 (minimum 1) for the duration, and they
suffer -2 on all social reaction rolls with creatures who previously loved,
trusted, or were loyal to them. Loved ones feel instinctively that
something is wrong. Loyalty frays; old feuds resurface. Does not affect
strangers or mere acquaintances. Does not read as psionic, looks like
ordinary estrangement.
