Unbind a target's molecular cohesion: 10d6 damage, ash if slain.
The psion unbinds the molecular cohesion of a single target or object
of up to Large size within 60 ft. The target does not burn or shatter;
it simply comes apart, skin sloughing to dust, metal flaking to
powder. The target takes 10d6 untyped damage (Fortitude save for
half). A living creature reduced to 0 HP by this damage that failed
its Fortitude save is reduced to fine ash and cannot be revived by
any means short of true resurrection. Objects of similar mass that
fail a Fortitude save crumble to inert powder. Fold-shielded targets
are immune.

Notes
Effect: The psion unbinds the molecular cohesion of a single target or object
of up to Large size within 60 feet. The target takes 10d6 untyped
damage (Fortitude save for half). If the target is a living creature
reduced to 0 HP by this damage and it failed the Fortitude save, it is
reduced to fine ash and cannot be revived by any means short of
true resurrection or equivalent reality-restoration. Objects of similar
mass (up to 500 pounds) that fail a Fortitude save (using their
material hardness in place of a save bonus) crumble to inert powder.
Fold-shielded targets are immune. The psion cannot exempt allies from
this effect.
