Notes

Effect: The psion gains thin combat precognition for 1 round per level. While active, the psion gains a +1 bonus to initiative checks and cannot be surprised (the psion always acts in a surprise round). Additionally, once during the power's duration, the psion may reroll a single failed reaction roll (such as an attack of opportunity or readied-action contest) and take the better result. The power ends early if the psion is rendered unconscious or enters a Fold-suppression field.
