Compass-of-Lost

Psychic pull toward a place the psion has been before, within 1 mile/level.

The psion concentrates on a place they have been before, and a psychic pull within them locks to its direction. For the duration, they always know the compass bearing to that place. Distance is given as a vague sense (close / near / far / very far), and exact pathfinding remains the GM's domain. The destination must be a real place the psion has physically visited, not merely heard of.
