The psion commands one simple unshielded device within 30 ft -- a
door, light, console, civilian drone, terminal, or valve -- as a free
mental action for the duration. Civilian gear gets no save. Actively
operated or hardened military systems may make a Will save vs the
power's DN to resist each command. The psion may issue a new command
each round as a free mental action while concentrating. Shielded
(Faraday/warded) systems are immune.
