The psion places an invisible telepathic tag on a single target they
can sense (see, hear, or detect via another psionic power) within
60 ft. The target may attempt a Will save to resist. If the save fails,
the psion always knows the marked target's direction and approximate
distance (within 10% of actual) for 1 hour/level, regardless of
intervening obstacles, across any distance on the same planet or
Station. The mark does not function across the Void (interplanetary
distances). One mark at a time; placing a second ends the first. The
mark ends early if the target dies or enters a Fold-suppression field.
