A psychic hum that disrupts concentration in a 20-ft radius for 1 round/level.
The psion fills a 20-ft radius with a low, droning hum that exists only in
the mind. All creatures attempting to concentrate (manifesting powers,
casting powers with concentration, or taking careful aim) suffer -2 on
relevant d20 rolls for as long as the psion maintains it. The psion must
concentrate each round. Mindless creatures are unaffected.
