Spur a nervous system: +10 ft move, +1 Reflex for 1 round.
The psion touches a living creature and overcharges its nervous system
for 1 round. The target's nerves fire all at once, gaining +10 ft
movement and +1 to Reflex saves for the duration. The comedown is
sharp: the body was not meant to run at that voltage, and pushing the
same target again too soon can scorch the pathways. It does not heal; the boost is drawn from the target's own reserves.

Notes
Effect: The psion touches a living creature and overcharges its nervous system
for 1 round. The target gains +10 feet to its movement speed and a +1
bonus to Reflex saves for the duration. If the same target receives
another Synapse-Spur within the same encounter (or within 1 minute),
the GM may call for a Fortitude save against the power's DC; on a
failure, the target takes 1d4 psychic backlash damage and the second
spur has no effect. The power does not affect constructs, reanimate, or
creatures without a biological nervous system.
