Read a vessel/vehicle's status on touch: integrity, crew presence, Fold-taint.
The psion lays a hand on a vehicle, vessel, or large machine and listens
to its psychic hum. They learn: overall structural integrity (rough %), the
number and emotional flavour of any crew or passengers aboard (calm,
panicked, hostile), whether any system has been sabotaged, and whether the
vessel carries Fold-taint (and how concentrated). Does not work on small
items (weapons, tools) or on vehicles too vast to encircle with one hand
(capital ships, Stations).

Perils Trigger / Additional Conditions: On natural 1 the vessel's Fold-taint (if any) leaks into the psion; -1 WIS for 1 hour and a flash-vision of the taint's source.
