to perfect fidelity. For the duration, they can answer any question about
that specific memory with perfect clarity (within its limits, cannot
recall what was never seen or heard). Cannot recover lost or absent
memories. Useful for cross-examination, recollection under oath,
archaeological or investigative recall.
