Forge documents, credentials, Kadiss-stamps, and signature.
Forgery covers faking rek vouchers, forging credentials, copying
signatures and seals, forging Kadiss-stamps, producing master forgeries,
and building deep-cover dossiers that survive real audits. The fixer who
needs papers yesterday, the con-man with a borrowed name and a real
signature, the slicer who prints a Kadiss-stamp clean enough to fool a
port authority, the spymaster's clerk who builds an identity from a name
and a face. Most forgeries live about as long as the mark that buys them. Where Deception lies with the mouth, Forgery lies with the
hand. Failure by 5+ on a Kadiss-stamp or dossier triggers automatic legal
consequences if presented in a formal setting. A forgery kit is required;
without one, all DCs rise by 5.

Notes
Special: Opposed vs inspector's Insight and/or Bureaucracy audit. Failure by
5+ on kadiss-stamp or dossier triggers automatic legal consequence.
Forgery kit required, else +5 to all DCs.
Special: A failed forgery is opposed by the inspector's Insight (forgery
detection) and/or Bureaucracy (records audit); a deep-cover dossier
audit may force an opposed Forgery vs Bureaucracy check at the
auditor's full modifier. Failure by 5+ on a kadiss-stamp or dossier
triggers automatic legal consequences if the forgery is presented in
a formal setting. A forgery kit is required; without one, all DCs
rise by 5.
Untrained: Forgery is trained-only. An untrained character can attempt a trivial
copy (a note, a scribbled name) and fail automatically at any check
involving stock, seals, or stamps. Anyone can be caught.
