Quick Reload Mastery

Reload any weapon as free action; +1 initiative on reload rounds.

The character can reload any weapon with practised speed. All reload actions become free actions (instead of the normal move action). On any round the character reloads, the character gains +1 to initiative. This stacks with Rapid Reload.
